Man alleges he was injured in Autobuses Coorinados collision in Merced County

FRESNO – A man alleges he was injured as a passenger on a bus in a collision in Merced County.

David Delgadillo Morales filed a complaint on Aug. 1 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Mario David Vasquez and Autobuses Coorinados USA Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Aug. 2, 2016, Morales was passenger of defendant Autobuses Coorinados' vehicle, which was driven by Vasquez, on state Route 99 in Merced County when it was involved in a collision. The plaintiff alleges he was injured in the collision.

The plaintiff holds Vasquez and Autobuses Coorinados USA Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently, carelessly, recklessly, wantonly, and unlawfully owned, drove, operated, maintained, controlled and/or entrusted the vehicle as to directly and proximately cause a collision to occur.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. He is represented by David M. Moeck of Quinlan, Kershaw & Fanucchi LLP in Fresno.
