Driver alleges individual was traveling at 40 mph before rear-end collision at Fresno County intersection

FRESNO – A motorist alleges he was injured when another driver rear-ended his vehicle at the speed of 40 miles per hour.

Jeremy Jordan filed a complaint on Aug. 7 in the Fresno County Superior against Denise Veach alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 10, 2017, he was stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of Marks and McKinley avenues in Fresno County when his vehicle was hit from behind by the defendant, who was traveling the speed of approximately 40 miles per hour.

The plaintiff alleges he sustained injuries to his health, strength and activity and body, as well as damage to his personal vehicle, as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. He is represented by Samer A. Salhab of Law Office Sam Salhab in Fresno.
