Valley Network Solutions, others alleged to have failed to complete project

FRESNO – Two Fresno County businesses allege that the companies they hired to install security systems failed to do so in a workmanlike manner.

Van Erickson Ranches and Barracuda Construction Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 5 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Valley Network Solutions Inc., et al. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Feb. 23, 2017, the plaintiffs contracted and paid Valley Network Solutions Inc. for the installation of a security system. The plaintiffs allege the defendants commenced the install of the equipment but have failed and refused to complete the project. The plaintiffs also allege that the security systems that were installed have failed to work as represented. 

The plaintiffs seek refund of all amounts paid, with interest, attorney's fees, costs and such other proper relief. They are represented by Russell D. Cook of Law Office of Russell D. Cook in Fresno.
