TBF Financial I seeks more than $38,000 for allegedly defaulted equipment lease

FRESNO – A debt collector alleges a construction company defaulted on an equipment lease.

TBF Financial I LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 26 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Hector Lenares Davila, doing business as Hector Davila Construction, and Does 1-50 alleging money due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 14, 2018, it was assigned all rights, titles and interests on an agreement with Davila and another party regarding an equipment finance lease. 

The suit states the defendant defaulted on this lease and the defendant now owes $38,098.21 plus interest.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for the sum of $38,098.24, together with interest, award attorneys' fees in the sum of $9,000, costs of suit, and further relief as the court may deem just. It is represented by Robert I. Pollak of Glassberg, Pollak & Associates in San Rafael.
