SAN FRANCISCO – A Kansas City, Missouri man claims allegedly defamatory statements made by a San Francisco County woman cost him employment.
Christopher Z. Silva filed a complaint on Sept. 28 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Cindy Ann Pardini and Does 1-10 alleging slander and libel.
According to the complaint, on Sept. 27, 2016, the defendant filed a false police report alleging domestic violence. The suit states the case was dismissed in preliminary hearing.
The plaintiff also alleges the defendant posted libelous content on Facebook.
He alleges the defendant's false statements caused him to lose his employment and suffer loss of reputation, shame and mortification.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for general, special and punitive damages; costs of suit; and for such other and further relief as the court may deem proper. He is representing himself.
