SAN FRANCISCO – A patron of a San Francisco bar alleges another customer swung a beer mug at him and cut his face.

John Solomon filed a complaint on Oct. 1 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Alfredo Hans Locht, Run FPC LLC and Does 1-50 alleging premises liability and intentional tort.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 31, 2016, he was at Bar None in San Francisco, owned and operated by Run FPC LLC, when Locht swung a glass beer mug at plaintiff's face after a verbal altercation. He alleges the mug caused a 4- to 6-inch laceration on his face that required stitches and has left a scar.

The plaintiff holds Locht, Run FPC LLC and Does 1-50 responsible because Locht allegedly acted with the intent to cause harm to him.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for actual damages, attorney's fees and exemplary damages. He is represented by Joseph S. May of Law Office of Joseph S. May in San Francisco.
