SAN FRANCISCO – Two workers allege they were injured while working at a San Francisco construction site when scaffolding collapsed.

Daniel Vincent and Luis Zambrano filed a complaint on Oct. 1 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Truebeck Construction Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on May 16, they were employed by Anning-Johnson as subcontractors for the defendant at a construction site in San Francisco. The plaintiffs allege they were operating a rolling scaffolding across an uneven, temporary working surface and the scaffolding failed and collapsed on them, causing injuries. The suit states the surface was maintained by the defendant.

The plaintiffs hold Truebeck Construction Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to warn of the dangerous condition and failed to take timely corrective actions.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against defendant for compensatory damages, costs of suit and further relief as is fair and just. They are represented by McCall Baugh of Ernest Brown & Co. in San Francisco.
