SAN FRANCISCO — Cornerstone Law Group filed a complaint on Oct. 4, in the San Francisco County Superior Court, against Susan Biba alleging that she breached a duty of good faith and fair dealings.

The plaintiff alleges that members of Cornerstone Law Group, including Brian Donnelly, Harry Lewis and other lawyers who performed legal services for the defendant, have suffered harm and injury, as a result of the wrongful conduct of the defendant in refusing to disclose her whereabouts to avoid payment of $426,056 plus interest.

The plaintiff holds Susan Biba responsible because the defendant allegedly accepted, used, and enjoyed the benefits of legal services provided by members of plaintiff without compensating for such services.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for general and special damages of $426,056, award of attorney's fees, lawful interest, costs of suit, and other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by John C. Brown of Cornerstone Law Group in San Francisco.
