Plumbing company claims it has not received full payment for $1.9 million of work

SAN FRANCISCO — Bellanti Plumbing Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 3, in San Francisco Superior Court, against SHR St. Francis, C.W. Horton General Contractor Inc. and Does 1 through 50, alleging that the defendants refused to pay the $1.9 million due for labor and work.

According to the complaint, on Aug. 2, 2017, Bellanti Plumbing Inc. entered into a written contract with defendants for plumbing work at a property onn Powell Street. 

Despite performing all conditions required, plaintiff claims it has failed to receive payment in full for all of the labor and material. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in the sum of $1,078,419.20, plus attorney's fees, costs of suit incurred, and for such other and further relief as the court may deem proper. They are represented by Cathleen M. Curl of Manos & Curl, LLP in Millbrae.
