SAN FRANCISCO – A debt buyer claims a San Francisco County resident failed to pay an alleged debt.
Portfolio Recovery Associates filed a complaint on Oct. 15 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Anita McClendon citing account stated.
According to the complaint, Portfolio Recovery Associates purchased the credit account of the defendant from Synchrony Bank.
The plaintiff holds McClendon responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the balance due of $1,439.26.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for the current balance present due and owing of $1,439.26, plus costs of suit, and any such other relief as the court may deem just and proper. It is represented by Michael S. Hung, Janalie Henriques and Emily Collins of Hunt & Henriques in San Jose.
