FRESNO – Three individuals allege they were injured in a collision in Sanger when another driver failed to stop at a stop sign.

Adrienne Bullinger, individually and as guardian ad litem for minor Maikaya Ferrier, and Corey Moehling filed a complaint on Oct. 9 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Britney Brockbank Perez and Does 1-5 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on May 28, 2017, Moehling was lawfully operating his 2014 Toyota Tacoma proceeding westbound on McKinley Avenue towards Del Rey Avenue in Sanger with Ferrier and Bullinger as passengers when defendants' vehicle failed to stop at the posted stop sign and crashed into plaintiffs' vehicle.

The plaintiffs hold Brockbank Perez and Does 1-5 responsible because Brockbank Perez's alleged negligence caused the collision.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against the defendant for general and special damages, costs of suit, disbursements, and further relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Jason A. Helsel and Mark A. Vogt of Fowler Helsel Vogt in Fresno.
