STOCKTON – A motorist is seeking damages from a Tracy couple over alleged damages from a collision on Interstate 580.

Vicki Drush-Chambers filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the San Joaquin Superior Court against Julisa Lili Ariza; Miguel Ariza Marquez and Does 1 through 10 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on July 7, 2017, Vicki Drush-Chamber's vehicle was struck while traveling eastbound Interstate 580 by Julisa Lili Ariza, who was driving a vehicle owned by both defendants. The suit states Julisa Lili Ariza negligently drove and operated the vehicle to cause the vehicles to collide.

As a result, the plaintiff alleges she sustained body injuries, physical pain and medical expenses. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment for general damages, costs of suit, attorneys fees, prejudgment interest, and such other and further relief as the court deems just and proper. She is represented by Gregory M. Stroup and Valerie C. Stroup of The Stroup Law Firm in Tracy.
