STOCKTON – An Alameda County woman alleges a Stockton man failed to brake in time and caused a collision on Interstate 5.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 25, 2017, Pinzon was lawfully driving on Interstate 5 in Stockton when Book rear-ended her vehicle. Due to the collision, the plaintiff alleges she was injured.

The plaintiff holds Book responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to timely brake his vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for general and compensatory damages, cost of suit, interest as allowed by law, attorney's fees, and for such other and future relief as the court may deem proper. She is represented by Keith Salek and Caitlyn M. Hobbs of Salek Law Firm in Irvine.
