Fresno resident alleges fall on bus caused injuries

FRESNO – A Fresno resident alleges he was injured in a fall while on a bus traveling in the city.

Carl Mason filed a complaint on Oct. 15 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Fresno Area Express, City of Fresno, County of Fresno, Doe Bus Driver and Does 1 through 100 alleging negligence and other counts.

According to the complaint, on June 3, the plaintiff alleges he was lawfully traveling on the defendants' bus in Fresno when he lost his balance, slipped/tripped and fell to the floor and was injured.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants allegedly failed to use the utmost care, skill and diligence for safe carriage.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for general and special damages, loss of earnings, costs of suit, and for such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper. He is represented by Raymond Ghermezian of Raymond Ghermezian, a professional law corporation in Los Angeles.
