Everest National Insurance seeks subrogation fees of more than $3,000 for San Francisco accident

SAN FRANCISCO – An insurance company is seeking subrogation from an individual and a business over a collision in San Francisco.

Everest National Insurance Co. filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Josh Tycer, EAN Holdings LLC and Does 1 to 10 seeking subrogation.

According to the complaint, on June 27, 2017, Everest National Insurance Co.'s insured was in a vehicle accident with the defendants that caused the insured to suffer damages in the amount of $3,622.68. The plaintiff claims it paid the claim and is now seeking subrogation from defendants.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for damages in the amount of $3,622.68, plus prejudgment interest, costs of suit and any other relief the court deems appropriate. It is represented by Michael D. Schoeck of Reese Law Group in Carlsbad.
