Wells Fargo Equipment Finance alleges it is owed more than $250,000 for loan

FRESNO – A lender alleges that a Fresno company defaulted on a loan.

Wells Fargo Equipment Finance Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 7 in the Fresno County Superior Court against All American Logistics & Distribution Inc., Chatbant S. Srow and Does 1 through 20 alleging breach of loan and security agreements and other counts.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 19, 2017, the plaintiff and All American entered into a written combination loan and security agreement whereby Wells Fargo Equipment Finance lent the defendants the principal sum of $242.781.51 together with interest at the rate of 6.9 percent per annum. 

The suit states that All American defaulted on the loan and it has made demand for payment and the defendant has refused.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for the sum of $255,072.80, plus costs of suit, and for such further legal and equitable relief as the court deems proper. It is represented by Mark M. Scott of Buchalter in Irvine.
