Car accident 14

SAN FRANCISCO – Damages are sought from a Hillsborough man over a San Francisco auto accident.

Franklin Blanco and Maria Camelia Uc Koyoc filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the Superior Court of the State of California against Chad Michael Mendez and Does 1-20 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 7, 2017, the plaintiffs were traveling on Howard Street near 9th Street in San Francisco when the defendant collided with their vehicle and caused injuries.

The plaintiffs hold Mendez and Does 1-20 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently failed to operate the vehicle in a safe manner.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendants for award of general and economic damages, medical and related expenses, loss of earnings, costs of suit, loss of use of property, interest, and further relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Cody M. Christiansen and Ryan D. Harris of Harris Personal Injury Lawyers Inc. in Oakland.
