Car accident 37

FRESNO – A vehicle driver is alleged to have negligently operated a vehicle and cause a collision on a San Francisco street.

Stacey Allin Bush filed a complaint on Nov. 21 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Robert Gene Reinking and Does 1 through 20 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 1, 2016, Bush was driving a 2009 Gray Audi A4 on Divisadero Street in San Francisco when the Audi was struck by defendants' 2011 Burgundy Ford Edge. As a result, the suit states the plaintiff was injured.

The plaintiff holds Reinking and Does 1 through 20 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently, recklessly and carelessly operated the motor vehicle so as to cause plaintiff to suffer injury and damages.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for general damages, medical and incidental expenses, costs of suit, property damage, and for such other and further relief as the court deems just and proper. The plaintiff is represented by Jason A. Pollack of Law Offices of Jason A. Pollack in Los Angeles.
