FRESNO – Two individuals allege they were injured in a Fresno County collision.
Elliott James Stevenson and Harriet Stevenson filed a complaint on Nov. 19 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Kamaldeep Singh, Himat Singh, Breanna Trejanac White and Does 1-15 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Nov. 19, 2016, the plaintiffs were lawfully traveling in Fresno County when Kamaldeep Singh, who was driving a vehicle owned by Himat Singh, collided with them and caused them injuries.
The plaintiffs hold Kamaldeep Singh, Himat Singh, White and Does 1-15 responsible because the defendants allegedly were negligent in respect to the ownership, maintenance and operation of the vehicle.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against defendants for compensatory damages according to proof. They are represented by Roger S. Bonakdar of Bonakdar Law Firm in Fresno.
