Two allegedly injured in Fresno County crash seek damages

FRESNO – Two individuals are seeking damages over alleged injuries sustained in a Fresno County crash.

Vanessa Olivo and Syria Ward filed a complaint on Nov. 19 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Larry Jacob Kevorkian, Rose Kevorkian and Does 1-15 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 19, 2016, the plaintiffs were injured when Larry Jacob Kevorkian collided with them in Fresno County while driving a vehicle owned by Rose Kevorkian.

The plaintiffs holds Larry Jacob Kevorkian, Rose Kevorkian and Does 1-15 responsible because the defendants allegedly operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, and/or any other controlled substance, operated a vehicle at unsafe speeds for the current traffic conditions and failed to yield for traffic.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against defendants for compensatory and punitive damages according to proof. They are represented by Roger S. Bonakdar of Bonakdar Law Firm in Fresno.
