Driver allegedly ran red light at Fresno intersection, caused collision

FRESNO – A woman alleges she was injured when a driver ran a red light in Fresno and collided with her vehicle.

Christina Breitwieser filed a complaint on Nov. 21 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Patrick Lee Henry, Kings River Casting Inc., and Does 1-20 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 23, 2017, Henry failed to stop at a red light on Bullard Avenue in Fresno and collided with the plaintiff's vehicle. She alleges she sustained numerous injuries and incurred medical expenses as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Henry, Kings River Casting Inc. and Does 1-20 responsible because the defendants allegedly recklessly entrusted, owned, controlled, drove, operated, loaded and maintained their vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages according to proof. She is represented by Bridget C. Dunnion of The Dunnion Law Firm in Monterey.
