FRESNO – The guest at a Fresno property alleges a wet floor caused fall.

Aureliano Rios filed a complaint on Nov. 20 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Ahmad Emami and Does 1-50 alleging premises liability and negligence.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 25, 2016, the plaintiff was at the defendants' Fresno property and was caused to slip and fall because of a wet floor and improper lighting. The suit states the plaintiff sustained severe injuries as a result.

The plaintiff holds Emami and Does 1-50 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to properly manage, maintain, manufacture, service, control and operate their premises to prevent accidents.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for compensatory damages according to proof. The plaintiff is represented by Martin Gasparian of Maison Law APLC in Glendale.
