Vehicle passenger seeks damages over alleged injuries sustained in San Francisco collision

SAN FRANCISCO – A woman alleges she was injured as a passenger in a vehicle that was rear-ended in San Francisco.

Carmen Galarza filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Jessica Holcer and Does 1 through 20 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 15, 2016, Galarza was a passenger in a vehicle that was traveling southbound on Divisadero Street at its intersection with Golden Gate Avenue in San Francisco when the vehicle was struck in the rear by defendant Holcer's vehicle. As a result, the plaintiff claims she sustained physical injuries and incurred medical expenses. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment for damages, loss of earning capacity, prejudgment interest, and such further relief as the court deems just and proper. She is represented by Gregory O. Bianco of The Bianco Law Firm LLP in San Francisco.
