SAN FRANCISCO – A woman alleges she was injured at a San Francisco pharmacy because of liquid on the floor.
Carolyn Akbar filed a complaint on Dec. 5 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Walgreen Co. and Does 1 to 10 alleging negligence and premises liability.
According to the complaint, on March 13, 2017, Akbar was walking inside defendant's drug store on Third Street in San Francisco when she slipped and fell on a liquid substance left on the floor, causing injuries.
