SAN FRANCISCO – A mobile and Web application development service provider alleges that a client failed to pay it in full.
Koombea Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Salzman Group Inc., doing business as Whole Latte Love, and Does 1-5 alleging breach of contract and conversion.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks preliminary and permanent injunction, award of damages, costs of suit pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney's fees, and such other and further relief as the court deems just and proper. It is represented by J. Craig Crawford and Kimberly Culp of Carr McClellan PC in Burlingame.
