Driver seeks damages over state Route 41 rear-end collision

FRESNO – A driver alleges she was injured when her vehicle was rear-ended on state Route 41.

Autumn Dyann Underwood filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Hannah Rose Ransom, Anthony Delbert Ransom and Does 1 to 20 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 23, 2016, Underwood was traveling southbound on state Route 41 in Fresno County when she came to a complete stop behind several vehicles due to a heavy traffic. The suit states Hannah Rose Ransom failed to stop and rear-ended the plaintiff's vehicle. The suit states Hannah Rose Ransom's vehicle was owned by Anthony Delbert Ransom.

The plaintiff holds Hannah Rose Ransom, Anthony Delbert Ransom and Does 1 to 20 responsible because Hannah Rose Ransom allegedly drove at a speed greater than is reasonable or prudent.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. She is represented by Jeffrey D. Bohn of Accident, Injury and Medical Malpractice Attorneys of California APC in Fresno.
