San Francisco property owner seeks damages from driver who allegedly caused damage to property

SAN FRANCISCO – The owner of a San Francisco property alleges that a motorist caused damages to the property.

Walter Moreano filed a complaint on Dec. 6 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Alliyah Dillard alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 2, 2016, Moreano's property at 301 S. Van Ness Ave., San Francisco was damaged because defendant Dillard allegedly drove her vehicle negligently and caused a collision that damaged his property.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof. He is represented by Michele L. Scott of Law Offices of Edward Singer in Burlingame.
