Driver alleges motorist's negligence caused multi-vehicle Butte County collision

OROVILLE – A driver alleges she was injured in a multiple vehicle accident in 2016 in Butte County.

Autumn Torres filed a complaint on Dec. 7 in the Butte Superior Court against Brianna Edwards and Does 1-10 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 9, 2016, Torres was operating her vehicle on Oro Dam Boulevard in Butte County when the defendant crossed over into the westbound lanes, struck a vehicle, and that vehicle struck the plaintiff's vehicle.

As a result of the collision, the plaintiff alleges she sustained injuries including pain, suffering and property damage. 

The plaintiff holds Edwards responsible because the defendant allegedly operated her vehicle in a negligent manner.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for general and special damages, prejudgment interest, and such other compensation and relief as the court deems just and proper, including costs of suit. She is represented by Eran Lagstrein of Lagstein Law Firm in Los Angeles.
