Motorist alleges she was injured in rear-end collision in Fresno

FRESNO – A driver is seeking damages from two individuals over a rear-end collision in Fresno.

Catherine Harney filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Yang Padao and Chou Chang alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Oct, 6, 2017, Harney was stopped westbound on Church Avenue at the intersection of Willow Avenue in Fresno when Padao struck the rear of her vehicle. As a result, the plaintiff alleges she sustained numerous personal injuries, incurred costs for medical treatment and experience pain and suffering. 

The plaintiff holds Padao and Chang responsible because Padao allegedly neglected to notice the stopped traffic.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages according to proof, plus costs, and for such relief as is fair, just and equitable. She is represented by Samer S. Aboutalib of The Dunnion Law Firm in Monterey.
