Contract 09

SAN FRANCISCO – Two siblings allege their brother failed to honor a settlement agreement and owes taxes.

Jamel Bouzidi and Sofiene Bouzidi filed a complaint on Dec. 18 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Raouf Bouzidi alleging breach of contract and enforcement of settlement agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs and defendant are brothers and on July 21, 2016, the three of them entered into a written settlement agreement regarding a San Francisco restaurant.

The suit states that the defendant agreed to pay any and all taxes owing to the plaintiffs and the plaintiffs tendered their tax bills to the defendant for payment.

The plaintiffs hold Raouf Bouzidi responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the tax bills.

The plaintiffs seek judgment for taxes due and owing, attorneys' fees incurred, costs of suit, damages, and such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper. They are represented by Ryan K.J. Mau of Law Offices of Ryan Mau PC in San Francisco.
