SAN FRANCISCO – A San Mateo County motorist alleges he was injured in a collision in San Francisco with a Marin County resident.
Esteban Calvillo filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Timoci S. Waqa, Varanises Waqa and Does 1-50 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 1, 2017, while he was traveling along the intersection of Ulloa Street and Sunset Boulevard in San Francisco, Timoci S. Waqa collided with the plaintiff's vehicle while operating a vehicle owned by Varanises Waqa. The plaintiff alleges he was injured in the collision.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for compensatory damages according to proof. He is represented by D.L. Rencher of Rencher Law Group PC in San Francisco.
