Personal Injury
Car accident 03

SAN FRANCISCO – A driver is seeking damages over alleged injuries sustained in a multi-vehicle accident in San Francisco.

James Cormack filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Daniel Lorman, Justin Marsh and Kristin Tasia Kuhn alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 13, 2017, Cormack was driving in the number three lane on southbound US-101 in San Francisco when his vehicle was allegedly rear-ended by the defendants' vehicles. The plaintiff alleges he was injured.

The plaintiff holds Lorman, Marsh and Kuhn responsible because the defendants allegedly were inattentive and were unable to stop in time to avoid colliding with the plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and for such relief as is fair, just, and equitable. He is represented by Joseph M. Breall of Breall & Breall LLP in San Francisco.
