FRESNO – An individual alleges he was struck and injured in Fresno County.

Clarence Thomas filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in the Fresno County Superior Court against KKW Trucking Inc., Rassaan Williams, the city of Fresno, Robert Leon and Does 1 through 100 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on April 30, 2018, Thomas was struck and injured in Fresno County by a vehicle owned by KKW Trucking Inc. and operated by Williams and by a vehicle operated by Leon and owned by the city of Fresno.

The plaintiff holds KKW Trucking Inc., Williams, the city of Fresno, Leon and Does 1 through 100 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently owned, leased, operated, entrust, maintained, and repaired a certain motor vehicles so as to cause to injure plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages, costs of suit incurred, interest, and for such further relief as the court may deem equitable and proper. He is represented by Maryam Parman, Melody Parman and Ryan C. Blake of Avrek Law Firm in Irvine.
