Two allege injuries after driver ran four-way stop at San Francisco intersection

SAN FRANCISCO – Two individuals allege they were injured when a driver ran a stop sign at a San Francisco intersection and collided with their vehicle.

Po Yeung Yuen and Joanna Moching Yuen filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Marina Mayer and Does 1-25 alleging negligence and other counts.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 31, 2016, the plaintiffs were driving near the intersection of 18th Avenue and Quintara Street in San Francisco when Mayer ran the four-way stop sign and collided with their vehicle. They allege they sustained severe injuries, incurred medical expenses, and loss of wages and earning capacity as a result of the collision.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against defendant for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and other relief as is fair and just. They are represented by Richard B. Vaught of Law Offices of George Evleshin in San Francisco.
