Woman alleges hole in San Francisco courtyard caused injuries

SAN FRANCISCO – A woman alleges she was injured because of poorly maintained courtyard in San Francisco.

Nina Sochilina filed a complaint on Dec. 21 in the San Francisco Superior Court against ProLogis NA2 Sub LP, et al., alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 10, 2017, Sochilina tripped and fell in a hole in the courtyard of defendants' property on Mississippi St. in San Francisco and was injured.

The plaintiff holds ProLogis NA2 Sub LP, et al. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to maintain the premises safe and hazard free.

The plaintiff rseeks judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and such relief as is fair, just and equitable. She is represented by Joseph M. Breall of Breall & Breall LLP in San Francisco.
