Pedestrian alleges he was injured when motorist backed into him in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO – A pedestrian alleges he was struck by a driver while walking in San Francisco and was injured.

Andre Rogers filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Judith Marshall and Does 1-50 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 17, 2017, while he was walking along Turk Street in San Francisco alongside family and friends, Marshall reversed her vehicle, struck plaintiff and injured him.

The plaintiff holds Marshall and Does 1-50 responsible because Marshall allegedly breached her duty to use reasonable care.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for compensatory damages and costs of suit. He is represented by Nikolaus W. Reed of Law Offices of Nikolaus Reed in San Francisco.
