Car accident 32

SAN FRANCISCO – A woman alleges she was injured while driving in San Francisco when another motorist struck her vehicle while changing lanes.

Francisca Pucci filed a complaint on Dec. 27 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Kenneth Blair Payne and Kathryn V. Thomas alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 27, 2016, Pucci was driving on Post Street between Van Ness and Polk Street in San Francisco when her vehicle was struck on the right side by defendants' vehicle, causing injuries.

The plaintiff holds Payne and Thomas responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to see the plaintiff's vehicle prior to changing lanes and failed to use a reasonable duty of care when operating their vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and such relief as is fair, just and equitable. She is represented by Nikolaus W. Reed of Law Office of Nikolaus Reed in San Francisco.
