SAN FRANCISCO – A former employee of a San Francisco company alleges he was not paid his wages for a year.

Jose Fernandez Villasenor filed a complaint on Dec. 27 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Tenzr Inc., Biointeractive Technologies Inc., Lucas-Karim Merhi and Does 1 to 100 alleging breach of contract, conversion and other counts.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 1, 2017, Villasenor began working for the defendants' as the chief marketing and sales officer with an annual salary of $80,000 under his employment contract. He alleges he was not paid any wages from February 2017 until he got his first pay check in February 2018.

The plaintiff also alleges he was also not paid his final wages immediately upon termination on Dec. 12, 2018, as required by law.

The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly knowingly and willingly failed to pay him all wages due.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages, unpaid wages, attorneys' fees, prejudgment interest, costs of suit, disgorgement and restitution and such other and further relief as the court deems just and proper. He is represented by Arkady Itkin of Law Office of A. Itkin in San Francisco.
