SAN FRANCISCO – Three individuals are seeking damages from two drivers over a San Francisco collision.
Humberto Preciado, Balvino Preciado and Adviento Preciado filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Anthony Castiglioni, Jon Piron and Does 1-20 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Jan. 11, 2017, they were traveling south on the 101 Freeway in San Francisco when Castiglioni's vehicle collided with the plaintiffs' vehicle. The suit states Piron's vehicle collided with the rear of Castiglioni's vehicle, causing the Castiglioni vehicle to collide with theirs.
The plaintiffs hold Castiglioni, Piron and Does 1-20 responsible because the defendants allegedly followed vehicles more closely than what was reasonable.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against defendants for general damages, medical, rehabilitation, custodial and related expenses, costs of repair, costs of suit and further relief as the court may deem just. They are represented by F. Javier Trujillo and Carlos A. Patzi of Law Offices of F. Javier Trujillo in Los Angeles.
