SAN FRANCISCO – A man alleges a woman was distracted by taking photos and backed into him with her vehicle in San Francisco.
Blaine Benjamin Gemeny III filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Jessica Y. Gonzalez and Does 1-20 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 8, 2017, he was standing in front of 1708 Broderick Street in San Francisco taking photographs when the defendant, who was also taking pictures, backed her vehicle into the plaintiff. The plaintiff alleges the action knocked him over and the defendant's car rolled over his left foot and ankle and pinned him.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for compensatory damages, costs of suit and further relief as is fair and just. He is represented by Michael T. Caldwell of Caldwell Law Firm in San Rafael.
