Driver alleges rear-end collision in Fresno County caused injuries

FRESNO – A woman alleges she was injured when her vehicle was rear-ended in Fresno County.

Tina Early filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Richard Vangkoomeng Elmer, Kaying Elmer and Auto Superstore alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 4, 2017, Early was lawfully operating her vehicle in Fresno County when her vehicle was struck in rear by the vehicle owned by defendants Kaying Elmer and Auto Superstore that was operated by defendant Richard Vangkoomeng Elmer. As a result, the plaintiff alleges she sustained physical injuries.

The plaintiff holds Richard Vangkoomeng Elmer, Kaying Elmer and Auto Superstore responsible because Richard Vangkoomeng Elmer allegedly failed to stop for traffic ahead and collided with the rear of plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit and such relief as is fair, just and equitable. She is represented by Roger S. Bonakdar of Bonakdar Law Firm in Fresno.
