Lemoore resident files suit over Fresno auto accident

FRESNO – A Lemoore resident is seeking damages from a Kerman resident over a vehicle collision in Fresno.

Leslie Leann Soqui filed a complaint on Jan. 4 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Moronica Patlan and Does 1-100 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 16, 2017, she was driving her vehicle along Golden State Boulevard at or near its intersection with Herndon Avenue in Fresno, when the defendants so negligently owned, controlled, repaired, entrusted, maintained and operated an automobile as to cause an accident or collision. The plaintiff alleges she was injured.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for general damages, medical and related expenses, loss of income, property damage, loss of use of property, interest, costs of suit, and other relief as may be appropriate. She is represented by Mitchell P. Beck of The Law Offices of Larry H. Parker Inc. in Long Beach.
