SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco company alleges a contractor failed to timely complete work on a project.

True Zip LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 3 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Sergio Becerrill, Mission Bay Construction, et al. alleging breach of contract, negligence and other counts.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 6, 2017, True Zip LLC entered into a written agreement with Mission Bay for improvement work on plaintiff's Capp Street, San Francisco property for $695,000. The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to complete the work in a timely manner, billed for work not completed, and failed to build the project in accordance with plans and specifications.

The plaintiff alleges it expects to incur more than $180,000 in expenses to remediate and complete the project.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for compensation damages, interest, attorney's fees costs of suit and further relief as the court deems just. It is represented by William C. Last Jr. and Patrick J. Whitehorn of Last & Faoro in San Mateo.
