FRESNO – A mother alleges she and her minor children were injured in a Fresno County auto accident.
Renee Serrano, individually and as guardian ad litem for minor plaintiffs George and Bella Ramirez, filed a complaint on Jan. 9 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Gregory Reyna and Does 1-100 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Sept. 30, 2018, Serrano was driving eastbound on Arden Drive North in Fresno County along with minor plaintiffs as her passengers when their vehicle was struck by defendant Reyna's vehicle.
The plaintiffs hold Reyna responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently controled his vehicle and failed to yield to the right-of-way as he traveled through the intersection of Arden Drive North and North 11 Street.
The plaintiffs seek judgment for general/non-economic damages, all losses, costs of suit, prejudgment interest, and for such other and further relief as the court deems just and proper. They are represented by Lyndsie N. Russell of Miles, Sears & Eanini in Fresno.
