Driver seeks damages over rear-end collision at San Francisco intersection

SAN FRANCISCO – A woman alleges she was injured in a collision in San Francisco when another driver rear-ended her vehicle.

Kristine Ryan filed a complaint on Jan. 15 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Scott Scurich alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 23, 2017, Ryan was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Pine and Franklin streets in San Francisco when her vehicle was rear-ended by defendant Scurich's vehicle.

The plaintiff holds Scurich responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a careful lookout.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit and for such relief as is fair, just and equitable. She is represented by Robert W. Thompson of Thompson Law Offices PC in Burlingame.
