State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance seeks more than $3,500 for damages to vehicle in collision

SAN FRANCISCO – An insurance company alleges it is entitled to collect more than $3,500 for property damages sustained in an auto accident.

State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. filed a complaint on Jan. 31 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Casey Ross Guillory and Does 1 through 5 seeking subrogation.

According to the complaint, on April 25, 2018, the defendant's vehicle collided with the plaintiff's insured Daniel P. Bazinet's vehicle in San Francisco, causing damages.

The plaintiff claims it provided Bazinet $3,666.16 for the property damages and the defendants are liable to reimburse plaintiff for the amount. The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to pay the amount.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for property damages in the sum of $3,666.16, costs of suit, interest at the legal rate and for such other and further relief as the court deems just and proper. It is represented by Susan M. Benson of Benson Legal APC in Encino.
