Yellow Cab of San Francisco passenger alleges cab struck her, caused her to fall and fracture wrist

SAN FRANCISCO – A Yellow Cab passenger alleges she was injured when the cab struck her before she could safely move out of the way.

Bernice Hatathley filed a complaint on Jan. 29 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Yellow Cab of San Francisco alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on May 26, 2018, at the corner of Alabama and 22nd streets in San Francisco, Hatathley was struck by the taxi as it moved forward before she could exit it and move safely out of its path. She alleges she was knocked to the ground, causing a fractured left wrist, traumatic impact head injury and other injuries. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and for such relief as is fair, just and equitable. She is represented by Patrick Romero Guillory of Dolores Park Law PC in San Francisco.
