Driver seeks damages over San Francisco collision

SAN FRANCISCO – A man is seeking damages from a driver over a rear-end collision in San Francisco.

Michael Wu filed a complaint on Jan. 28 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Marie Rose Mazaltarim and Does 1 to 10 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 4, 2018, Wu was operating his vehicle in San Francisco when he was rear-ended by the defendants' vehicle. As a result, he alleges he sustained severe and substantial injuries, including injuries to his cervical spine and lumbar spine. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and such relief as is fair, just, and equitable. He is represented by Thomas W.J. Purtell of The Law Offices of Thomas W.J. Purtell in San Francisco.
