SAN FRANCISCO – A motorist is seeking damages from another driver who struck his vehicle and then fled the scene.

Keith Johnson filed a complaint on Jan. 30 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Reynolds John Quentin and Does 1-50 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 10, 2018, he was driving his vehicle eastbound on Highway 101 near Seventh Street exit in San Francisco, when the named defendant recklessly merged into the lane occupied by plaintiff, struck plaintiff's vehicle and attempted to flee the scene.

The plaintiff holds Quentin and Does 1-50 responsible because Quentin allegedly negligently operated the vehicle in such a manner as to likely cause injury to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for compensatory damages, costs of suit and other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Erik E. Child of Child & Jackson APLC in Folsom.
