SAN FRANCISCO – A woman is seeking damages from a driver and an owner of a vehicle over a rear-end collision in San Francisco.
Annie R. Joseph filed a complaint on Feb. 1 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Roxana Fierro and Rodolfo Fierro alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Feb. 6, 2017, Joseph was traveling on 19th Avenue in San Francisco when her vehicle was rear-ended by defendant Rodolfo Fierro's vehicle, which was driven by Roxana Fierro.
As a result, the plaintiff alleges she sustained physical injuries that caused severe discomfort and pain and needed medical treatment.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and for such relief as is fair, just, and equitable. She is represented by Raphael D. Javid of Banafsheh Danesh & Javid PC in Beverly Hills.
